Hundreds of little black and gold diamonds floating about, hands fanning index cards to keep cool, over-optimistic words of graduation speeches distorted by a cheap microphone, people cheering as one-by-one people accept little papers in return for 13 years of BS.

I don't really feel like I've graduated yet, but I guess I'll realise it on Monday when I go to my first day of college at the Academy of Art. I'm just kind of disappointed that only the people in my household were there to see me graduate, but in the end, those were the only people who were really there to see me in general, even if only my mum was helping me through. More hugs and congrats and pictures from friends and teachers than family, oh well. Onwards to college.
